This position in responsible for preparation of the monthly International group financial consolidation, preparing journals, eliminations and other analysis required for the consolidation.

Other responsibilities include:

· Preparing monthly consolidated cash flow statements for the International and European groups.

· Maintaining accounting records of International group holding companies.

· Assisting in the preparation of and compliance with Corporate and International accounting policies and procedures.

· Assisting in analyzing differences between local and US GAAP and helping subsidiaries to report US GAAP adjustments correctly.

· Preparing analysis of reserves of subsidiary companies and investigating variances.
