Nielsen Associates is looking for a Web Designer/Develop to work in a NY location in the Creative Services Department.  This is a full time position, permanent.  The Web Designer will assist in analyzing needs, functions, and desired features, designs and builds web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.  In addition, the incumbent designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements.  Defining design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing web page designs utilizing hypertext markup language will also be required.  This position requires working under general direction.
