Nielsen Associates is seeking a Senior Service Technician for a Long Island based company.  We are seeking a senior level engineer to repair complex electronic equipment and systems which involves troubleshooting equipment to determine the cause of operational failure and replacing or repairing malfunctioning components; and testing the equipment to documented performance standards.  Required Experience: Associate’s of Applied Science in Electronics Technology plus 7-9 years experience as an electronics technician.  The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in electronics technology and trouble shooting and must be capable of working with limited supervision and of mentoring lower level technicians.  Occasionally working nights maybe be required.  In addition, all qualified candidates must have a background that would permit the issuance of a Security clearance, which includes US citizenship. IF YOU MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME TO OUR EXECUTIVE TECHNOLOGY RECRUITER, BECCA POPPY AT BP@NIELSENSTAFFING.COM.
