Nielsen Associates has an exciting opportunity in our Technology Division!   We are seeking a Senior JAVA Programmer Analyst responsible for the analysis of project requirements and the development of technical specifications. In addition, the incumbent develops, tests, debugs and implements code for existing and or proposed business applications and or computer systems.  The Senior JAVA Programmer Analyst is responsible for all procedural and code documentation on assigned projects and may perform the role of Project coordinator for projects with a limited scope/duration (i.e., less then 122 months in duration). Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years experience with all phases of application programming. Demonstrated knowledge in the software implementation lifecycle (SDLC) and specific programming languages is also required.  In addition, proficiency with the following technologies is required:Core Skills: Java, JDBC, Servlet, JSP, Struts, EJB2.0, JTA, JMS, hibernate, AWT etc.

App Servers: Websphere6.0\5.1, Weblogic8.1\5.1, J2EE1.3

Web Servers: Tomcat4.1\5.1.x, JavaWebServer2.0
