Financial Services outsourcer is looking for an experienced HR Manager for this standalone HR Business Partner role. This key role will provide HR support to their sales organization including workforce planning, succession planning, ER support, compensation planning and administration, and T&D. Ideal candidate will have a stable background as well as 7+ years of HRG experience with strength in ER, OD, staff planning. Experience supporting a sales group a plus.
