Employee Relations Specialist

Melville-based, national client looking for an experienced ER Specialist to handle employee issues, corrective discipline, investigations, exit interviews.  ER Specialists will handle ER issues in multiple states so knowledge of multi-state laws is a must.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience with a specialization in employee relations.  Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws a must.  Ability to travel 10%.  Bachelor’s degree.
