Senior Compensation Analyst

This client is located in Eastern Nassau County.  They are looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to handle salary surveys, job descriptions, comp analysis, base salary planning, creating and updating merit guidelines.  This role covers entry level through director level positions.  Ideal candidate will have between 2 and 7 years of compensation experience in a traditional comp role.  Salary is $70k - $80k…great benefits
