This specialist will also be responsible for working with the EEO and other state agencies regarding discrimination complaints. Working with counsel, this individual will draft the company position statements. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate ER environment with experience completing an Affirmative Action Plan. Experience crafting EEOC positions statements a must. Salary $80’s plus bonus.
