This position in responsible for preparation of the monthly International group financial consolidation, preparing journals, eliminations and other analysis required for the consolidation.

Other responsibilities include:

· Preparing monthly consolidated cash flow statements for the International and European groups.

· Maintaining accounting records of International group holding companies.

· Assisting in the preparation of and compliance with Corporate and International accounting policies and procedures.

· Assisting in analyzing differences between local and US GAAP and helping subsidiaries to report US GAAP adjustments correctly.

· Preparing analysis of reserves of subsidiary companies and investigating variances.

· Assisting in preparation and confirmation of inter-company accounts.

Requirements:

§ 4 years experience in a staff accountant role or the equivalent

§ Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent required

§ Previous exposure to financial close and consolidation process

§ Strong Excel skills, detail oriented and strong communication skills

§ Knowledge of US GAAP

§ Knowledge of IAS a plus

§ Hyperion skills a plus

§ Additional language skills a plus
