-Minimum 10 years experience; at least 5 years in public accounting; balance in private industry. May also consider high potential candidates with 8 or more years directly out of public accounting
-Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley required
-CPA, MBA

Job Description:

Working with the Corporate Controller of a Fortune 1000 organization. Responsible for all General Accounting activities. More specifically, month end closing, adherence to internal controls scorecard, statutory tax reporting, and providing information to satisfy external auditing requirements. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures documented on Internal Controls Scorecard; specifically timely completion of account reconciliations. In conjunction with Finance Leaders, determine and provide value added reporting metrics to assist with analysis of business
