HR Service Center Recruiting & ER Director

My client is located in Nassau County.  They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to manage a centralized recruiting call center supporting approximately five sites throughout the US.  This individual will also have responsibility for managing ER initiatives.  Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Recruiting along with ER experience.  Must have prior HR service center experience.  Salary $80k - $110k plus bonus.

Training & Development Manager

Our client is located in Western Nassau County.  They are looking for a Training & Development manager to handle their sales training as well as soft skills training programs.  Managing one trainer (outside of NY), this individual will work on developing an elearning platform, handling new hire sales orientation (in NY), partner with the line to conduct needs assessments for soft skills training programs.  Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of L&D experience, prior sales training experience and elearning experience.  Salary is $75 - $90k plus bonus.

· Preparing schedules and analysis that provide meaningful information to be used in the quarterly Board of Directors meetings.

· 2-4 years experience in a corporate financial planning, analysis or budgeting role.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or the equivalent required.
